What Would Vista Do? – West Coast IPA

This lovely, dry & crisp West Coast-Style IPA is the second in a series of two IPAs we have on tap that highlights the new & vibrant Vista hop. (Check out Vista Obsession NEIPA for the other side of the coin)

Built on a base of 2-Row with white wheat, Cara 8, & Munich malts round out the backbone. A small charge of Apollo up front provides a clean, assertive bitterness. Multiple kettle additions of Estate Grown Comet & Vista (both from Crosby Hops), as well as a smack of the classic, stalwart Cascade lend ribbons of flavor to the beer. The same three hops – with Vista being used 2 to 1 against the others – were utilized for dry-hopping for robust aromas. Awash with notes of: candied peaches, bright lemons, fresh floral, light pine, & assorted melons… this gem hits the damn spot!
