Built on a base of Maris Otter from across The Pond, with a supporting cast of some choice roasted and crystal malts, as well as two types of oats. Helios hops provide delicate balance and drinkability, while our favored house ale yeast strain rounds everything out nicely.
Velvety with a fuller body and mouthfeel, while still finishing moderately dry with a smidge of sweetness. This ale hits multiple notes deliciously and with some verve.
