Named after and for our Head Brewer’s dog, Fergus, this Scottish Export Ale is perfect for those seeking something other than hop bombs, fruited sours, light crushers, and etc.Built on a mixed base of Maris Otter & Golden Promise with a supporting cast consisting of some choice crystal malts from across the pond. A traditional Scottish Ale yeast strain rounds everything out nicely while retaining a wonderful body.Malty, toasty, & nutty… with ribbons of caramel & toffee swirling throughout the gorgeous mahogany-hued liquid. Slightly sweet and damn delicious! Come down and snag a pint!
