This fruited sour is filled with a trio of fruits not usually put together in tandem…Built on a base of pilsner malt, with a supporting cast of: white wheat, malted oats, flaked oats, dextrin, and a touch of honey malt. Gobs of boysenberry, marionberry, and strawberry were added toward the end of fermentation to burst forth their exuberant berry-laden goodness. Our favored house sour yeast strain rounds it out nicely while adding its tart talents.Come snag a glass of this lusciously colored liquid to appease y’all’s lip-puckering pleading palates!
