Nothing crazy to see here… just a good ol’ American Amber Ale. A fine addition to the line up now that chillier temps have FINALLY started to set in more often than not.
Built on a mixed base of ol’ fashioned 2-Row & some Golden Promise. A steadfast (see what I did there?) supporting cast consisting of: three kinds of crystal, Munich, amber, & biscuit all round out the speciality malts. Some choice, classic Cascade hops add a smidge of nuance and balance. And our favored house ale ferments it all to a moderate dryness with plenty of body leftover for y’all’s palates.
Uncomplicated, malty, & darn delicious. Trek on down to the taproom and snag yourselves a pint or two of these stalwart suds!
