The Awen – Irish Red Ale
Éirinn go Brách! Happy St. Patty’s Day weekend to you all! We’ve got the quintessential beverage to imbibe for the occasion, our Irish Red Ale! Named after a Celtic symbol that refers an essence of creativity and a semblance of balance. This ale is indeed pretty dang balanced and definitely delicious!Built on a base of Irish grown 2-Row barley with a decent smack of Maris Otter and a wisp of roasted barley for color. Helios hops provide a delicate balance to counter the malt. And last, but not least, a traditional Irish Ale yeast strain rounds it all out nicely. Simple and lovely. Crisp, clean, and lightly malt-forward with a faint hint of caramel and toast in the background with an approachable low ABV. Knock back a few while regaling your pals with your bard-like voice belting out songs of revelry and mirth!
Slàinte, y’all!
