Rivals – Summer Wheat Ale

Friendly neighbors? Bitter rivals? Bloomington and Edina have been friendly (sometimes not?) competitors for decades. With that in mind, we got together with the crew at Wooden Hill in Edina MN, to create a bright and punchy Summer Wheat Ale.
Built on a mixed base of pilsner and Golden Promise with heaps and gobs of wheat for a soft, yet medium-full body. Nectaron hops lend a kiss of citrus and tropical tones to wax poetic about the short amount of sunny, hot days we’ve got here in the Twin Cities. Our favored house ale strain rounds it out nicely.
