We’ve got a no-brainer blending of fruits for this iteration of our fruited sour series. Pineapple is robust & a lil sweet while the raspberry is bracingly tart. More emphasis went to pineapple as to not have the raspberry take over. The result is slightly sweet, quite tart, & overall darn delicious.
2-row, torrified wheat, flaked wheat, & malted oats make up the grain bill. The aforementioned pineapple & raspberry provide ribbons of tropical & berry notes. This is a perfect sour ale for the shifting of seasons.
