Annnnyway… to honor this silly kerfuffle we present to y’all Inverted Feather NE Double IPA!!
Built on a mixed base of local MN Pilsner & Golden Promise… with heavy support from White Wheat, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, & a touch of Acidulated malt. A large drop of Sultana hops were added to the whirlpool. A huge dry hop addition with the wonderful trio of Cashmere, Sultana, & Strata CGX lends heady notes of candied pineapple, ripe melon, mango, tangerine, & a whiff of danky dank. A classic hazy East Coast yeast strain was utilized to augment & push forth all the bold flavors/aromas while giving off stone fruit tones of its own.
