We crafted this delicious beverage with our pals at Gisenbräu Bier Co. in New Prague, MN. Named after a Scottish phrase meaning “don’t worry” or “don’t fret”, this Scottish Export Ale will have you washing all your worries away.
Built on a beautiful mixed base of Maris Otter & Golden Promise, with Double Roasted Crystal, Crystal T-50, & a touch of Vienna making up the rest of the grist. Altus hops lend very delicate balance & a traditional Scottish Ale yeast strain rounds out everything nicely & let’s the malt-forward nature of this ale shine.
Malty, bready, & a wee bit nutty… with ribbons of light caramel & a hint of toastiness… this lovely gem is made to toss back a few with great company. Sláinte mhath!!
