It’s been a minute since we’ve put out a fruited sour, y’all. We’ve got a tasty lil’ number here…
Built on a base of pilsner, with a decent smack of torrified wheat, a smidge of white wheat, and a hefty sprinkle of malted oats. A small dose of Cashmere hops in the whirlpool provide a wisp of stone fruit character. Gobs of blueberry and apicot purees make their way into the fray to provide their respective talents to the whole. And last, but not least, our favored house sour yeast strain adds the overt tart notes to wrap it all together.
