Fast Eddy Hrbek – West Coast IPA

This newest addition to our line up is another West-Coast IPA. Y’all can’t seem to get enough of them, to which we are incredibly thankful and happy. Fast Eddy Hrbek’s is named in honor of brewery friend, and local baseball legend, Kent Hrbek’s father. “Fast Eddy” was his nickname in softball and it makes for a fantastic beer name to boot.
Built on a mixed base of pilsner and pale malts, with supporting players consisting of dextrin and white wheat. A fantastic and specially blended set of hops for Ales for ALS were utilized in classic kettle additions, a whirlpool addition, and our favored dry-hopping regimen. And to round it all out, a super fun yeast strain that gives off terpene-based aromatics/flavors reminiscent of Cascade hops was called up off the bench and drove it out of the park.
Speaking of Ales for ALS, we are donating proceeds from every pour of this Westy IPA to Ales for ALS for the duration of its time on tap.
Come on down and snag some of this damn delicious beer!
