Crispy Lagerbier? Wild rice? Do they go well together? Well, of course!
We utilized some wonderful, local MN wild rice in this latest Lagerbier. The result is rustic & refreshing!
Built on a canvas of all local MN malts from Maltwerks, including: Pilsner, White Wheat, Cara Ruby, Munich, the aforementioned Wild Rice & a sprinkle of Acidulated malt. All these components wrap together to present medium-bodied beer with light notes of earthy nuttiness & honey that finishes dry & crisp.
