These Blue Eyes – Blueberry Wheat Ale

We’ve got another end of the summer beer for y’all right here. Light berry notes on the nose and palate give way to a refreshing, medium-bodied ale for sippin’ or slammin’…
Built on a mixed base of pilsner and white wheat, with a touch of dextrin to back it all up. Lotus and Amarillo hops provide delicate balance and lightly toss off wisps of fruity tones. Our favored clean house ale strain rounds it all out nicely. A scant amount of blueberry was added to augment the whole with its lovely notes.
