Strawberry Lemonade Sour

It’s getting hot… the temperature outside is steadily rising… and it’s the optimal time to slay refreshing sours! Enter this tart gem… Strawberry Lemonade Sour!
Built on a simple base of pilsner w/ touches of white wheat, flaked wheat, dextrin, malted oats, and acidulated. Lotus hops provide a slight edge of balance while contributing wisps of candied citrus. Gobs of fresh strawberry puree and a decent drop of Sicilian lemon juice were added for bursts of bright berry and puckering citrus. Our favorite house sour yeast strain was added to further push the overt tart tones.
