Double Current Obsession

Double the current, double the fun!
We took our golden baby NE IPA and cranked it up a notch. Bigger mouthfeel, more hops, and a higher ABV… good things come to those to wait, that’s for sure.
Built on a base of pilsner malt with gobs of both wheat and oats to bolster the body and add a smooth mouthfeel. A sprinkle of both spelt and dextrin help it all along as well. The duo of El Dorado and Idaho 7 grace the whirlpool, while the trio of El Dorado CGX, Idaho 7 CGX, and Vista were added in droves for a wallop of a dry hop addition. And last, but not least, our favored hazed out yeast strain rounds it all out to a wonderful finish.
Bigger and bolder, yet still smooth… this bigger sibling to our flagship NE IPA makes itself known with aplomb. Don’t mind the smaller format pour size, trust me it’s worth it.
