Well, well, well… what do we have here?
We took a portion of our German-Style Hefeweizen, The Eleventh Hour, and added a decent smack of fresh pineapple to the mix.
It’s still the effervescent and crisp Hefe we’ve also got on tap, but with a tropical twist in both flavor and aromatics. The pineapple is present, yet restrained, so as to not take away from the base beer itself.
Punchy, fruity, and damn delicious… we elevated this otherwise traditional take on a wonderful ale to a whole other fantastic level.
