Half-A-Weizen! Half Birthday Hefeweizen

Well everyone… its our half birthday! It’s been six months since our doors have been open. To celebrate this occasion we’ve made a delectable Hefeweizen for y’all to imbibe! Built upon a mixed base of German Pilsner & White Wheat malts, with a touch of Malted Oats & a sprinkle of Acidulated to round out the grist. A dusting of Loral hops provides delicate balance & a traditional, expressive Bavarian Weiss yeast strain lends the quintessential elements of banana & clove, with a whisper of citrus as well. All are in balance with none of the three flavors/aromas taking over the other. It’s dang tasty on a hot Summer day I tell ya… and perfect for celebrating!
