Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! Blue Hippo Bakery is here to help! In this 2 hour class, we’ll cover the basics of sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you’ll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

Warm up with some winter favorites and welcome the holidays in cute style! Come join us at Nine Mile Brewery for this warm and toasty introduction into the basics of sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet hobby!

You’ll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we’ll cover in class!

About the class:

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in – we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

This class is on Monday, 12/16 from 6:00-8:00pm and class starts at 6:00pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family – we have seating for up to 20 people! It’s a blast whether you’re coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

This class is good for ages 8+ but if you’d like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home, plus – we’ll send you home with step by step instructions so you can decorate and teach at home!
