Strength Workout with Strength in Nutrition featuring Rachel Miklya

Join 9 Mile Brewing and Strength in Nutrition on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 AM for a fun workout! Your workout will consist of a combination of strength training and interval training using your bodyweight. Progressions and regressions will be offered to personalize the workout for individual fitness levels. Leave feeling uplifted and empowered!
Don’t forget your mat and water bottle!
Price of this class is $15 and includes the workout plus a beer afterwards.
Note: All fitness levels are welcomed. Recommend for ages +13 and up. Must be +21 in order to consume alcohol.
