Let’s celebrate the craft and artistry that’s gone into Nine Mile Brewing’s new Belgian Triple by getting crafty with Artistry!  Join local artist Martje Oostra for a fun, low stress introduction to oil painting in a traditional Belgian/Flemish style using authentic materials.  We will set up a still life with a lovely glass of beer and then we will learn how to apply oil paint to linen canvas to create a beautiful, personal work of art inspired by our scene. We might not get you painting like James Ensor (he’s a pretty great Belgian painter, check him out!) within this 2 hour event, but you will have fun and get a chance to explore the rich world of oil painting.  Space is limited to 30 participants so sign up by clicking the link below.
