• We are celebrating 30 years +1 of service, and have advised more than 310,000 households and counting
• We moved into our new office space at the end of 2019 and have yet to celebrate that move!
• This year we saw the most comprehensive updates to tenant protections in the legislature since Minnesota became a state
• HOME Line has seen unprecedented numbers of callers to our Hotline this year, not just from the metro, but also a dramatic increase in calls from Greater Minnesota
• The cost of fielding each call has gone up – last year it was over $63/call due to the increasing complexity of the situations tenants experience
