Bio:
Claire Annette aka Dr. Vince Dominguez is an award-winning Mexican clarinetist, music educator, and creator based in Providence, RI. They have performed and presented at conferences for the International Clarinet Association (ICA), the Arizona Music Educators Association, the College Music Society, and the North American Saxophone Alliance and SPHINX Connect. Just ahead, Claire Annette will be featured as a Headlining Artist at the 2024 ICA ClarinetFest conference in Dublin, Ireland this summer!
Vince has 10 years of arts administration experience holding leadership roles with non-profit organizations including Quinteto Latino, a chamber music ensemble dedicated to addressing racial and economic disparities within the classical music field by championing past, present, and future contributions by Latino composers and musicians. He is passionate about amplifying queer & BIPOC voices and fighting for causes that seek to dismantle barriers in classical music.
Vince is a past NALAC fellow, GooglePixel Creator, and Conn-Selmer Performing Artist, proudly performing on Henri Selmer Paris Privilège clarinets.
