Built on a study malt backbone comprising: 2-Row Pale, Golden Promise, & Vienna… with touches of White Wheat & Red Rye Crystal. Classic timed kettle & whirlpool additions of Apollo, Cashmere, & Citra provide bold flavors/aromas of citrus, pine, stone fruit, & melon. The same trio of hops were used for a generous, yet restrained dry-hopping schedule to elevate the aforementioned notes even higher & to pop out even harder.
Boldly aromatic & flavorful with an assertive, but approachable bitterness while remaining beguilingly smooth… this addition to our line up hits all the right tones.
