Extra Mile Volunteer – Native Seed Harvesting

Join the Extra Mile Crew and the City of Bloomington Park and Rec Team, on October 22nd at 4 pm to gather native seeds for future prairie restorations. The Park and Rec team will help educate and guide the Extra Mile Crew as we harvest seeds from Bush Lake Park.
We will meet at 4:00 PM in Bush Lake Park Picnic Area #1 at Bush Lake Park. Wear sturdy shoes and work gloves. Long pants are recommended as you will be walking through tall grasses and plants.
Pizza and a free beverage token will be provided for all volunteers after the event back at Nine Mile Brewing.
